Been mucking around scoffing kingy since wednesday courtesy of Mr Epic !

Came up with this wee number for tea last night and it was pretty dam tasty !



For 2 people this is what i did

Kingfish: 2 skinned boned top shoulder steaks rub with rock salt and cracked pepper and place in a bowl with olive oil before perparing the rest of the ingredients.

I sseared them on the BBQ for about 2 mins each side with the lid down on the open grill gives it a beautiful smokey flavour ... careful not to overcook i like mine just before its cooked through


this is the topping:
Chop very finely  1 big carrot carrot
Courgette x 1 peel into thin strips with a potato peeler
handfull fresh mint chop up
combinbe with olive oil and lots a cracked pepper and cook quickly on a hot temp while king is cooking on bbq



the brown things on top is some crazy mushrooms from local vege shop il find the name out ... fry them til they are crispy they look and taste great


base is just good old mashed potatoes .... used half tub a cream cheese and about 75 grams a butter and chopped chives ... tastes wicked !


No master foods sprinkles were harmed in the making of this meal

You kill those gremlins with copious amounts of neat vodka, a cap, big chunk of cake and some snuff powder You can't see anything after that!
