I laid them on some tin foil and there were juices building up so I half pulled the tray out to poke holes in the foil to drain and FLIP.
Note to self, when trays have been in a bradley for a while they become hot, what a freakin dick head...

Off to check the results of the remaining fattie although it was a mintiure version.

Cry WTF!!!!!!

To be  fair my first attempt was a P I S S poor effort, not even an A for trying.
Large fattie died, and Boulder is correct I murdered it.

I did however have another which resulted in terrible results, as stated using tinfoil is not recommended it doesnt seem to let the heat distribute correctly, this resulted in a semi cooked mess, however all was not lost as the dogs enjoyed it for breakfast.

The saving grace of this whole disgraceful effort was the jerky, yum yum

LOL just put the seam at the bottom. After 4 hours in the smoker my IT was only 59 degrees, so i whacked it in the oven at 160deg tfor 15 - 20mins to finish it off.

Note to self:  Don't place bradley rack in oven without a catch tray, or fat runs onto lower element, smokes out the house, and pizzes off the wifeTongue

boogie - mate its easy to see why the Yanks are the fattest people on earth!
that video just proves it.

mixing differnet meats with diff cooking temps is not a very bright idea unless you really dont care what the finished product tastes like.
People who say it cannot be done should not interrupt those who are doing it!

Man, all those dishes look sooooo tasty! I have just bought a Bradley smoker and I'm wondering what to cook in it first. I like the pics I've seen about beef jerky and might start there. It looks so good to get dirty though.
