stuffed the two ducks with bread crumbs mixed with finely cut onoin ,egg and mixed herbs,, based ducks in orange juice,honey,white vingar,sherry, soya sauce, pepper.will smoke saturday and fingers crossed.if you have recipes please add as i have a mate with ducks weekly well in season
