Got my bloody ute broken into thursday night apparently its happening alot in Howick lost about $5000 worth of tools. 2 hitachi drills batt and elec,hilti drill, dewalt sabre saw, 3 socket sets 1/4 inch, 1/2 inch , 1/2 all bahco brand, 1/4 torque wrench, all hand tools insulated pliers, screw drivers, tool belt etc, also multimeter if anybody gets offered anything could you give me a yell!! thanks

Try the second hand tool shops and cash converters, I doubt you'll get lucky, but you never know.
Also try the flea markets too.
Yes it was me, I screwed it up for everyone.

friends down the road here in howick had a bunch of stuff stolen from their property monday night. copper plant pots etc. and two neighbors cars had their windows smashed.  must be a group of scum around at the moment. don't their parents wonder where they are? yeah right, tui!

Put a saved search on TradeMe for the powertools and they will email you every morning with matches. You never know when these things surface; he might swap a drill for drugs and then that person might try and sell it on TradeMe.

yeah have been searching on trademe going to keep looking for a while never know when it might pop up! im not really that pissed off i got my tools stolen i've got insurance its the fact that some scum have the cheek to come onto my propertly i work alot of night so my misses is abit worried that somebody would do it.

I found some of hunting gear that was stolen for sale on trade me less than a week after our house was broken into including a couple of shotguns and a rifle! was keen to ask if i could come round for a look before buying and taking some ammo in my pocket and test firing them!! but did the right thing a passed it on the the cops who to my surprise put a lot of effort in and actually got some of it back. So def worth keeping a look out!!

yeah, my bro is a po po officer in howick and reckons the car knockers are rife at the moment. and to top that off had some guys try to break into our car around back of our house last thurs ( 28th nite) in pakuranga
didnt get in luckily but i'd just love to catch em in the act.........
