Take a some bread crumbs and good dose of herb&garlic sprinkle and a dose of lemon&cumin seasoning.

coat gurnard fillets in flour & egg mix then coat in crumbed mixure and fry in oil& butter mix until cooked and serve on bed of rice risotto or express 2 minute rice then squirt of lemon juice over filletsThumbs%20Up Very Yummy
