make some potato wedges and biff em in the oven(can buy packet ones if lazy)while theyr bakin away biff some capsicums tomatoes gherkins and a cupla kiwifruit in the blender(nottoo long or itll turn to juice ya want it slightly chunky)grate some chese and carrots.breadcrumb some diced bits of snapper(can use any fish if ya want)fry till brown on both sides(deep fry or shallow).put wedges on a plate with a few cornchips ,sprinkle carrots and chese,a handfull of fish topped with ya salsa and a dollop of sour cream, booya!easy peasy and munchy!
