Hi team, seen this boat for sale but unsure what the make is, anyone able to help from the pictures? 4.5m fully welded hull. Just wondering if it's a kitset maybe or off Ali Express 😬

I need some advice
This boat (photo: https://www.boatparadise.com/boats-for-sale/oklahoma/) is for sale in a neighboring state from me, it looks impressive, and the price is absolutely ridiculous, $11,000, according to the description everything is ok
Or just visually, you wouldn't take such a boat even for free??
