Well after all this rain for the last many weeks, the council wouldn’t want to be talking about water restrictions come summer.

I’m a bit over all this rain at the moment.

Come summer, they will probably drain some for "maintenance" purposes just as the power companies do then claim they have to cut generation to save water. 
Guess what happens then?
