Probably Rudd.
Koi Carp are very wary fish but they can be caught on corn, the sweeter the better. Also cheese works well.
Be yourself; everyone else is already taken

Fly fishing is a deadly technique......you really need to be stealthy though as carp are very smart fish and flee at the slightest hint of danger despite what many may tell you.

Get a wooly bugger or something along these lines in front a cruising fish and watch for the eat.
If they are mudding up and you notice big clouds of silt being pumped up, drop a fly into this and let it sink. You need to have good contact with your fly to feel the eat.

Oh.....make sure you have a bit of backing on your reel. LOL

Heart stopping stuff on occasions!
