Cast around for a while then decided to go to the old drop and drag method. No interest on the softbait, but picked up a good feed on the jigs, nothing big just nice pannies 350 to 450. Red lumo was the colour 15 grams. Loving the micro jigs even in mid winter so don’t think I’ll be buying anymore softbaits. |

Interesting mate it was bruised banana I was using. Normally my go to, how were you fishing them. |

Well done, the red lumo stripe is my favourite too. We used 30g, 45g micro hornets on Friday and did very well |

Interesting it was a real cold foggy morning out on the water and with the snapper only taking the small micro jigs instead of the larger soft baits, I was wondering if it was because the fish are in their winter mood not feeding hard and took the small jig because of its size. I’ve read micro jigs work well in the winter? |
