Hi.
i am new to soft baiting and i often go kayak fishing in the firth of thames. i was just wondering if someone has any tips for me and what colours are best to use in those waters.

Its basically whatever works on the day, and what targeting.
If KY short dark colours.. similar to what they are feeding on.
 In general go for the popular "glow" labels.
 A good way to find them on the shelves is use a UV torch...  and see which ones still glow AFTER the torch is off...
If read thru old threads on the subject, taking note of what is popular/ works most, it happens to be these.

 We re primarily bait fisherman but always have SB out
