Anything is possible with fishing real crayze, just takes focus to start with and then a bit of time and luck ... the last part "luck " I know from other species and a fair few marlin, you can largely make your own with good dose of first two ingredients. See ya out there!
I saw a big ( as in huge) black marlin once between pinnacles many years ago, and was there another day few years ago when I was close by when one was was caught and released ( on a live bait) inside most other boats at back of kinights on edge of kumera patch in a one base by Yonkers ( who I don't think was even fishing in comp). Both events pretty inspirational for me and shows what is actually possible.
