Smudge, have you hung the obligatory rated D Shackles on the towbar like a pair of nuts?
you can't fix an idiot with duct tape, but it does muffle them for a while...

Hey guys a bit of feedback on the new ute. 2000km on the clock and pretty happy but have yet to tow the boat. It's got a couple of minor rust spots - should i be concerned?

It is a itsafishy/Mitsubishi so I wouldn't have been overly surprised. Just make sure you don't let all the smoke get out of the engine and you'll be good. Keep an eye on the chassis and undercarriage, alot of Mitsubishi vehicles weren't undersealed from factory, not sure in Triton's,but I've had to do a few vans and cars for friends.

Don't worry Smudge, even Ford Rangers suffer from the same problems.
