On a fiscal note it would be nice in the event of legalization that all taxes etc gleaned from the new pot industry could be targeted back to mental health. This way the money would be taken away from dealers and gangs to a degree and used directly in the community. User pays I guess. Any talk of this?

LOL Why would you do that? If cannabis isn't the MH issue like users claim?

Its like all that tax you pay on fishing gear, boats & fuel goes straight into our facilities right?
