Hey everyone, Am looking to head to the ohinemuri river and show a couple of newbies how to fish, I haven't fished the ohinemuri before so am looking for some advice on how and the best places to fish it, will probably start at the main carpark in the gorge. We will be doing a mixture of spinning and fly fishing. Are there any spots that you have found more productive than others? Do fish hold in those big slow pools that are all along it? Or is it better to fish the runs etc. Any advice would be great as it would be good to get a few more guys hooked on trout fishing and that generally involves catching something
