Anybody else get the advert-email this morning introducing these new jig heads?

I just watched the vid. A second hook and angled orientation. Lumo coating etc. Looks like he's using Z-man plastics.

Who's used them yet?? Any good? Any thoughts/comments?

Don't know how they got my email address - perhaps from here?

I tired a few years ago to do the same thing but I couldn't buy a bite with the trailing hook in the soft bait, I would take the trailing hook off and catch fish, I'm fishing the same place and catch fish there.

I will give these ago when I can get hold of them.

Funny, my mate who is an excellent soft bait fisherman always uses a stinger. He reckons he catches more fish on the stinger than the main hook.

As for the product, I love to see “new” things, but as has been said many times before, few things are new in fishing.

Matt: No idea re: Price -I'm sorry, I only got the email, as I say, this morning. Never heard of them before, so I'm interested to try them as well. But I do respect Viscounts anecdotal experience.

If they're too expensive maybe we could tie one of those "Assist Hooks" on kevlar rope to a solid ring and split ring it onto a Light-Bulb head somehow??

The guy in the vid says try tying a Kabura Assist Skirt to the Stingaz. Seems anything goes?

A side note: (I do wish he'd take his sunglasses off when talking to the camera - It's like watching Stevie Wonder on a fishing show!!)

Tend to think it's mainly **** and small fish nipping tails. As well as killing the baits action I just don't see the need for a stinger hook. The jigheads alone look all right but wouldn't buy them without seeing them in person as alot of hooks are too big for 4-5inch baits for me. Always good to have more options though.
