Mr Miyagi click on the ladder looking icon (it will say insert movie when you hover the cursor over it and the icon represents a length of movie film) and copy the address of your you tube video into where it says insert you tube file name - in this case https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yznmMXRpqig  then click OK.

Sometimes doesn't work in Chrome without first hitting enter to drop down one line in the reply input box before clicking on the insert video icon
