Hi.finally managed to afford one.Where am I allowed to drive on beach in Papamoa area.Council website looks like its a no no !!!!

Or where else could I go down those ways.

I been Surcasting and Kite Fishing for years but not down that way

Head towards Whakatane and go in at Otamarakau or any where down that coast. Less likely to pick up 5ton of sea lettuce
If things don,t change they will stay the same
