I don't know if there is such a thing, not seen any threads about one. But I'm thinking there seems to be a lot of us out there. I'm in Auckland, and I have access to a hall in Te Atatu South which belongs to a scout group that I am a leader at. The hireage would be minimal I'm saying a gold coin donation per person. We could make it open to all, beginers and old hands where we could share ideas, mentor people starting out. Who knows with enough of us we might be able to put pressure on local blank manufacters to cut us a deal on blanks so we would not have to go ofshore all the time, anyway lets have some input and see what you all think

Regards Keith

Id be keen at looking at getting into rod building. Id imagine you get great satisfaction out of catching fish on the gear you made yourself.
