I haven't got any pics of my rigging at the moment and won't be rigging for wahoo for a couple more weeks. We had those baits above rigged with massive hooks as we were fishing in a very sharky area with 80w's at max drag. Normally I use a much lighter hook.

This video by Tommy from LMR Tackle is very good. He rigs baits for a huge amount of boats on the east coast and Bahamas.
He also lets me drink beer in the shopClap

We get heaps of little flying fish the size of dragonflies too Lethal. 
This one flew in to my mate's boat a couple of weeks ago near the Mokes.
