Hi All,

It’s been tough for me to get away for a fish this year due to the birth of my daughter but have finally worked out a couple of days in the first week of April.

Is that too late in the season for marlin down Waihau way? Thought it might be pushing it and obv a bit weather dependent but keen to give it a crack.

Thoughts?

Back to school for you The Demon actual weight is 1085.5 pound (492.4 kg x 2.20462).

Fish was caught by Lynda Randrup on the boat B Caus skippered by her husband Mike Randrup and caught on 60 kg line, if all caught correctly this will be a women's 60 kg world record and women's all tackle world record and is the first grander pacific blue marlin by a woman.
