I understand where you're coming from Got-Ya but three weeks ago it was pretty much red hot out there.  Unusual for that time of year. When the blue water is in, it is on! The key is using technology I guess rather than the reactionary 'it was good two weeks ago and now the coast is flat so let's go' approach.

I meant on average over the years. From mid to late Feb onwards most years see the blue water in at 80m or closer saves a lot of gas. and as you know on the west coast we are only out there in good conditions. (Unless a comp is on (intentional dig)).
THERE ARE TWO KINDS OF FISHERMAN, THOSE WHO FISH FOR SPORT AND THOSE THAT CATCH SOMETHING.
