anyone been out???? any last looks??? sounds like its pretty much over but still hearing fish out east so there must be some out west!!

mate went out from piha yesterday plenty snapps and carrots. reckons there is good blue water about 80m mark.... wouldn't mind having a look

lookin to head out one night next week for a drift out west  . lookin to head to the dropp off out manukau bar . not sure if worth goin out that far as i have never targeted broadys before but we got a good vessel and keen as . any knoladge from any of the boys would be taken on board .cheers

The 752 has been a  popular starting point , drifting from there will take you towards the Kiapara canyons. Good luck.

I'd been keen , from my very limited exp. would have to be a good forcast to get me 45miles offshore overnight , but maybe we could take a couple of boats out ?You planning on taking yours?

miks has got mis toronto for a few weeks .i feel the same way about bein that wide ,but that 9 metre tinnie has twisted both my arms .talk to mike and we will organise it
