Awesome stuff Assassin!!!
Create a folder on desktop and transfer your pics to it. Download a free prog called VSO Image resizer and install. Open folder with your photos in and click alt/A to highligh all photos, right click and open with image resizer - use the standard settings to reduce the photo to a lower resolution.
