Run down the 1000 from white to the cape on 4th water temp got colder turned and run down to Amio bay temp got better. next day run down to whale on the 150 got 23.6 off whale only loads of albits loaded up at Astrolabe live KY on 37 Tiargra 80 16kg drag 3/4s line out upped drag to @ 24ish broke at chaffed spot morell of the story change line after puka fishing AyePinchCensored

moral of the story sharktail...if you've got 3/4 of your 80 lb line out you should be backing the drag off not upping itOuch

Thanks for imput guys I should no better!! was a real frieght train. Never seen what it was you only learn the hard wayWacko wont be doing that again. We should of run down the line with it and we were backing quietly on it cheers Baz

I've had nearly 900 metres of 15 kg out and just in free-spool with thumb on spool!
