Having just returned from a SWF excursion to the north Island and got a taste of it. I was wondering if anyone in the Canterbury area is interested in exploring landbased options around our coastline? River mouths are an obvious choice and possibly some rock platforms around Banks peninsula. Target species would be Kahawai, coutta and anything else that will bite a fly with an outside chance of kingies in the warmer months.
