Reason I ask, always used to buy cheap lagers for batter, last couple of times I have used Heineken, last night was some Steinlager Pure,was absolutely primo, then I  took a couple of leftover peices of fish to work today, nuked them in microwave for a minute, would of sworn they were freshly cooked...
