had a good day of the wharf with the soft baits the other day, always manage a couple of good kahawai when i go, each time i have been i always see some nice kings swimming along the wharf, but can never get them. and barracudas are a pain in the a**se this time of year. just change your bait to something that doesnt have a silvery shine and it generaly stops the plague.
last time i went out there a guy told me that he got a 52lb kingy this summer. thay are always there, the mrs had never seen a kingy before and got the shock of her life when she saw one take out a small ky right below her feet.
