Nice bags lads. I went with a mate in his boat. 20 mt mark off Bayfair/Mount somewhere. Got an elusive gurnard and we pulled 13 good snaps. When we got back to ramp we were inspected. Dude said we had the biggest haul he had seen that week. Heaps coming in with just 1 fish! Poor buggers. Me and Scotty got looked at last time I went out so looking for the hat trick next time.

Gdog haha you do look dodgy 😀
Nice haul. If you can get on a school its all good. Randomly drifting is still tough.

Hey Piwi, I went down the way. My usual 😉. Only about 4 out my end. Lost a big boy at the yak. Must have known I was going to let him go. I may try Paps next.

Wasnt many  fish caught off paps yeaterday from reports so went for a short drive.
Fishing slow to start but was a small work up going on so cast into them and hooked up - ended up with 4 snaps and a 58 cm KY.
Mate ended up with 2 kings, 2 snaps with one weighing in at 17.5 pds and a trev - he was using one of the jig heads that have the flashing lights that activate when they hit the water.
Great conds as as well

That was him Piwi - he was stoked to get onto some fish up here - he fishes quite a bit down there and sounds like some good fishing esp kings down that way.
New penny and bruised banana worked well today but star of the show was the glow bite flashing jig head he was using as every cast into the work up pulled out a good fish - not cheap tho - 20 bux for 2 he said.
Only downside of the day was I want to get a stealth now 🤔🤔

Did you get out DT ?

Water is warming. I went for a swim yesterday and today and wasn't too bad probably about 17 to 18 c.

Dale that dory was 46cm and fed 4 of us easily. I gave fish to all my neighbors except the guy with the boat 😄 although he struggles with the catching part 😄
