Must have had a hole in the yak. It was a weird brand Mad Yaxx I think.
I noticed how awkward he was paddling and I was easily faster. It got pretty windy. I could feel my yak lift a couple of times in the gusts.

Out with gdog out pap east this morning
515 launch and nice and flat
Slow to start but a busy little 20 minutes giving some nice fish with biggest going 8 pounds
Lost something heavy first up but not sure what as a very strange take and fight till it dropped off

Nice morning out with Scotty. Rod holders out fished me 3 to 1 today. Very little sign but all fish good sized and chubby.

Launched around 5.45 into a bit of swell, nothing too difficult though.

Shot out to the first mark and onto plenty of sign. Seemed to just be a cod party, which was the theme for the day. Cod, cod and more cod.

Ended up with one 45cm snap for dinner. Better than last time Thumbs Up
