What overhead bait casters are you all running?

My little Diawa Luna is on its last legs, keeps popping out of gear under load. I'd get another but the $500 price tag is a bit much.

So Piwi, your fish actually was suicidal then? No angler skill required?

Yeah Muppet yet the way we fish and process the meat is far better than commercially bought food but these people are blind to it.

I think flicking lures off a kayak in shallow enough water to release any unwanted fish is about as sustainable as it gets piwi

Late start today at Taylors bout 830 - looked pretty average but not been out for ages so got set up
Got smashed by a dumper before even sitting on yak - luckily reels leashed on today as they went for a swim ๐Ÿคฌ
2 reels full of sand but had Couple decent takes but couldnโ€™t hook up - got real windy and choppy so pulled the pin early
Arvo spent on reel clean ups ๐Ÿ˜ด๐Ÿ˜ด
