Lithium-Ion 18 Amp Hour multifunction jump starter pack.

This has a number of functions including--
- strong LED torch with SOS function
- charges cellphones, cameras, laptops
- will start car engines up to V8 size (and small diesel engines as well)
- can be used to charge and boost up a boat battery
- will provide power to run a portable refrigerator or electric chilly bin
- can be charged up by connecting to mains or DC power.

I bought this off Trademe for $99 as it seemed a better option than paying much the same to replace the battery in my dead jump start unit.  As I run two batteries in my boat I probably won't need to use it to start the boat (but you never know) and the SOS function in the torch was an appealing extra.
The package is small enough to fit under the seat of the car or tucked away on the boat so will be readily available should an emergency arise.  The blurb says the unit will hold its' charge for up to 6 months but recommended recharge period is 3-monthly.

$3,547,823.60

That 2nd hand Ryobi fly rod, stripped back to the blank, new reel seat, butt and grip, salt water guides. Re-wrapped on a home built jig.
