Since the fishing sucks atm I'll post up an old photoWink.
Nailed this sucker over Xmas in the far north, no idea of weight but def bigger than a 10lb I got in the gulf off the yak a week prior, has to be a PB anyhow.
Bait:7" gulp watermelon minnow worm
Rod: 6-8kg Synit hellbent
Braid: 14lb fireline

Fish of the year for me, I love fighting trevs. Dreams of going an catching some GT's.

In 14m of water in Far North. Using 5" Nuke on 5/8 oz 3/0 Nitro jighead. 10lb fireline on GG's old Daiwa Sol3000 mated with a 6-10kg 6'6" dropshot. Fish released.
Proud Prowler Roller, bowler and a$$holer since Feb' 2008.......not anymore, Profish 440 yeah boy!!!
