Not looking good. Some serious stuff going on there. Bummer.
What caused that?
Usually hydraulicing, or valve timing gone wrong - broken cam belt or chain.
Ouch

It's a bit of a mystery Alan.  The rods are bent because the cam belt snapped and the pistons hit the valves (flat top pistons and flat valves so hopefully no damage there).  But no idea why the cam belt snapped, it's only a couple of years old and was in great condition.  It looks like something jammed causing the belt to snap, causing all the other problems.  But everything seems to move freely now.

You will probably have some bent valves. They are remarkably soft.
If not you can count it as a lucky day.
Good luck.
