So I had a bit of a look in the shed for some left over railblaza ports and an old boat hook that I cut the hook part off and came up with this.




Pole might be a bit short but ok to give it a try, if it works I’ll give something a bit longer.

Just picked up a nice 2.0mtr rod blank from shaneg which should be perfect.

130 pound blank, so shouldn’t break.
You are welcome to the blank, as wasn’t doing a lot sitting in my garage. Pretty innovative idea for solo launching and retrieving. I am like few others very keen to hear your results.
