Read below for more info.The council has decided to proceed with publicly notifying the Bayswater Resource Consent application, despite it not being possible to view the design or documents at a library or council office. The developer has used lawyers to push through the notification of their RC application while we are at Lvl 3 despite a recent news article stating they are open to genuine community submissions. |
Rather than make it publicly available at libraries and council offices as is required, the council has decided to provide hard copies to anyone that requests them. |
