Over the years i have court a good number of fish in and around nz. But over the last 30 odd years i have been fishing the gulf.So, lets have a bragging game for the Hauraki gulf.starting with 5lbers up. i have had around 6-5s  1-6, 1-7, 1-9, 1-11, 1-16, 1-19, and 1-22lbers. still going hard. come on lets see your list. west coast will need to start a new listing. its a whole different game on the west. 

Smudge that commerial fishing

Crikey my PB is a pig 78cm that went 25lb that would not swim away. A few other 20s all on SBs. But otherwise I am more keen on fishing seasonally for different species.
