Yep total P O S. Who the hell would want to take there children out in
something that looks so bloody dodgy in the first place. Its a canoe
with a hard-top. What could go wrong?
Or even by it in the 1st place.. looks like some sort of OLD unknown or home built hull, that has had a lot of backyard additions , and add to that a new paint job.
My ist rule of thumb, and have mentioned many times here, If buying an older hull, never buy on thats been painted.. buy something you can see all the old war wounds.
Even thu this looked like had been patched in the past, if done right becomes stronger than the rest of the hull.
Done wrong , no better than putting cheap Chinese duct tape over the damage.
Even thu did not get a survey, It seems to me the buyer didnt even get someone actually familiar with fiberglass , or FB boats to go over it.
