Been doing a little bit of panel work lately. Removing some bubbles in the paint. Bit of a learning curve but I think I'm doing it right.



Class 2 drivers license coming up soon aswell.

Made a little bit more progress lately. Have added some shelves, now got some plants growing, divided the bedroom off via a blackout curtain and a piece of driftwood we found as a rail, fitted a decent lock to the access door. Recently got my class 2 license and now able to drive it. We went out for a couple of hrs today negotiating the Tauranga traffic. Probably looking at tinting the windows next.

Just had the peddler valve replaced as the brakes were nothing or full on. Terrible trying to slow down smoothly but much better now. Was quoted $1100 to have a couple of custom sized security screens made. One for the kitchen and one for the bedroom. Purchased the materials myself and it cost about $450 plus my Labour. Will add the fly mesh after painting the aluminum black.

A bit more progress on the panel work has been made, windows have been tinted, gas appliances have been serviced and certified. Still a way to go but getting there slowly.

Been thinking lately about how I could refill the bus water tank without having to take the bus to the water supply. I had to do a bit of problem solving but I think I've got it sorted now.


There's a Tyre valve on the container cap and 18v compressor set at 6psi. Already had the compressor so cost was quite minimal.
