some of you may already be aware of some of the research I am doing but just thought I would introduce myself in a new forum :-) I am working with Malcolm Francis, Tom Trnski and Massey Uni to consolidate and classify sightings of tropical fishes in NZ.. In my data I use photos as data points to ensure a level of confidence and record location data and when the photo was taken too.. I already have over 1700 records, mostly from Spearos, divers and fishers which is wicked but its never enough! I have seen heaps of comments in strings here of cool tropical fishes and wonder if there are photos of most of these I missed? If people are happy to share you could post the pix in the thread here or email them through to [email protected] :-) looking to map these and feedback all the data to you guys asap!
