Ah thats got your attention! Its that silly season here again in Mokau with the opening of the whitebait season. Got off to a pretty good start as well with most getting a feed and others alot more. I get mine the hard way scooping the mouth. Pic of a half kg two of our hens eggs the none stick pan, only way to have it so its thick like a fish fillet when cookedWink Speaking of fish its been a long while since going out. A rough and Wet Westcoast  this Winter Lately. Cheers All...

Top stuff. Love them and always grab a fritter or omlet whenever going past Mokau shop. I'll have to wait till November for that.
