Poor sod ordered & paid $320 + postage for a penis enlarger via the internet, but all the rotten buggars sent was a magnifying glass !!!

No he was lucky in that respect Steps, that he did not get burnt given all this rainy weather, but apparently he got quite a sizable shock (no pun intended) the first time he used it, as he was holding it the wrong way around !
