Sure thing. If you win the T&R section you get to supply everyone with beer.

Wait until you meet my grandson, hes already desiging boats at 10 years old. I suggested he add a lure on a line to the back of his surf board and he was real keen

I have been wondering for some time if my (modestly apparently somewhat good) Wellington Gurnard ju-ju would transfer to catching them in the big muddy.

I should really get up there some time and give it a whirl.....

CSFC welcome aboard Franklin Hunting & Fishing as our major sponsor for what is now known as the Franklin Hunting & Fishing Grunter Hunter.

We also have Shimano Fishing NZ on board and we can guarantee some amazing prizes. This year we have stepped it up to give you a chance at $3000 1st prize PLUS we have extended the prize base from 10th to 15th!

In addition there will be lucky draws and an average weight prize. We have raffles, giveaways, lucky draws, a free BBQ at weigh in and the Coffee Guy will be there from 5.00am with hot drinks and food until the queues die down.

Tickets will be on sale soon. Keep an eye on this page for updates,This is most likely the easiest fishing competition you have ever fished AND with a chance at the big prize.

Nah Big Bay needs a tractor Craig. Best ramp is Te Toro. Maybe Onehunga has something flash but Te Toro is where it's at. Plus you can stay at my place, scratch fleas and drink rum
