Time bring out the lead loads and deal to them.

The small pile of breast's on the left are those with no holes in them (head shot)  and are ready to go into schnitzal , in front of those are what we call parrie fillets, these are right against the breast bone and make brilliant stir fry.

 

The big pile on the right will be snags.

 

There's no doubt that 50gm 3 inch magnums (lead) does the business, real duck loads.
