Just got me a roller tip wondering if you can jig of them. New to roller tip never used one ever i have a shimano tld25 onit. I'm and a amateur only ever rock rock fish

Assuming you mean mechanical jigging, I'm sure you could make it work but I doubt it would be much fun. Also the rod isn't going to do a great job of imparting a nice motion to the jig - also the TLD25 is not exactly a jigging reel either.

Jigging requires fairly specialised gear if you're going to give it a good crack.

Yes you can jig with it ( I have). A non roller is better because the braid is less likely to wrap around the tip if your technique is as good as mine. Dead
