Hi All,
I am thinking about starting a rod building workshop. this will be for people who have not done it before,
and want to get into it. But first of all I need to know if anyone is interested, as this is a skill I don't mind teaching as long you are prepared to learn, so if you are keen just drop me a line.

Good idea running classes for the beginner to the advanced rod builder, I would support this as others would...Thumbs Up

The products are available in NZ via the retailers/ wholesalers- if they dont have it they can get get, if not buy from the States ,

I use size A most of the time, gives stronger and neater wrap, more threads per cm, only use the heavy threads for overwraps, then size C is as heavy as I would go, but everybody to their own I figure

All good you are into SWF I'm guessing, god on Ya, I have made all my own Kit and you get a great deal of satisfaction from catching a fish on a rod that you have rolled yourself.
