popped my hippo float so have been looking for a nice float for kingis and the odd trip to the islands in the future. found these on marine deals. anyone know what they are like? good price? have 4hrs and 56mins to decide.

Whoah, a 70 litre float is a big-un.
 
What do you chaps who dive the tropics use if you aren't using a reel? 50 litre?
 
I'd like an inflatable float for special occasions but I'm not certain how big it needs to be to assist with a small marlin or big tuna etc./

Seriously - I have a smaller version of Leatherjackets above in the garage - it only seats two.  Towing it round in a bit of wind would be interesting ...

If you punctured it, can't you repair the bladder?

70L is ridiculous. If I wanted that much lift (and I can't see that happening) I'd much rather 2x 35L.
