Hey everone here are the details from last weekend,
Decoro Soft Bait Masters 2011
Basically the weather was pretty tough, Easterly 15knots plus, 1mtr swell and some rain for good measure!
To be fair no's were down I guess mainly due to the weather.
We had 81 hardy souls fish the weekend and catch good fish from Coromandal through the bay and right out to Taranaki! (well done Pete & Matt).
The bigger Snapper came from Coro with the Kahawai, Trevally and John Dory mainly coming from the Bay.
For the first time we had three teams get in the running for the Masters trophy.

Right then,
Saturdays prize giving:
1st Snapper, 600mm Kayak Michael Brown
2nd Snapper, 515mm Kayak Mark Nijssen
3rd equal Snapper, 490mm Boat Peter Royds and Kayak Michael Brown

2nd Kahawai, 545mm Boat Stu Marshall
3rd Kahawai, 535mm Boat Pete Townhill

1st Trevally, 465mm Boat Nathan Nuku
2nd Trevally, 455mm Boat Mathew Ward
3rd Trevally, 450mm Boat Mike Nuku

1st equal John Dory, 375mm Boat Nathan Nuku and Boat Brent Maclead
2nd and 3rd John Dory, Spot Prize

Sundays Prize Giving,
