Hi all I've got a couple of Game Rods on Trade me at the moment. Thought I'd put them on here at cheaper prices for fellow F.net members

15-24 kg Okuma Predator Stand Up rod. Aftco roller tip.Fuji Silica carbide guides. Very nice action. Fished 24kg on it. IMHO a bit heavey for 15kg         $50.00

24kg Silstar Crystal Blue Stand up rod. Aftco roller tip. Fuji Silica carbide guides. Again this rod has very nice action and would be my pic of the two     $60.00

Both rods are in good condition. EVA foregrigs and slick butts with alloy gimble. Both have rod bags and gimble caps

The predator auction was withdrawn but it was sold to a tm member.

The silstar is going to a forum member next week(hopefully) so that auction was withdrawn also.

I'm finding people aren't prepared to pay anywhere what items are worth on TM at the moment. There's quite a bit of over priced rubbish on there at the moment and some good stuff which is obviously underpriced just to try and move it
IMHO

Would the Silstar be suitable for land based fishing on rocks of course or would it be over kill? Cheers.

Have never done LBG myself but from what I understand it may be a touch to short. Its a stand up boat rod and I beleive that you use a slighty longer rod for LBG. In saying that though there's no reason you couldn't use it if you wanted
