I have a mate that is a wicked carver and some of his work is exceptional. This fish was carved out of Totara from memory and is not yet finished Work in progressClapHe asked me to post a photo and ask what the general public thought .He calls himself an artist that loves fishing i think its just TALENTED and what a lifestyleWink. How many of us look around the shops looking for fishy things I DOEmbarrassed. If any of you guys have any ideas of what you would like this is your man he carves to order. The BLUE HEELER is not a small dog . Like i say this is not finished ,it is still awaiting a pek fin and more detail and about 10 coats of oil.
